 Our Wellbeing Workshops offer engaging, one-hour sessions designed to promote mental health and wellness. Available both online and in person, these workshops can be tailored to suit a variety of formats, including community groups, organisations, and online webinars. We cover a wide range of topics, such as:

Format: Online or in person, based on your needs


Time: One-hour sessions. Longer sessions are available upon request.
